production of lcd screen lithography

lithographic printing is usually done in two ways, one is the traditional method of film photocopying; the other is a method of processing a light drawing plate with a computer.


1.photoengraving


the enlarged red film pattern (usually magnified 10 times) is fixed on one surface, and the original image is initially reduced by the first shrinking machine; the image after the initial shrinking is reduced by the shrinking machine to the same size as the design requirement. graphics; then repeat the exposure step by step, to make a large lcd screen version of the film in line with the production process requirements.


the lcd screen of the lcd screen generally first makes a negative film and then turns into a positive film suitable for production use. film production process is simply to take pictures first; then the photographic (exposed) film is placed in the developer for development, the image is fixed after development, and then the liquid on the film is rinsed, rinsed and dried. the excess corners of the film are cut off and the package is delivered for production use.


2. light drawing version


the difference between a light-drawn version and a photo-engraving plate is that it replaces most manual operations with instrumentation. specifically, it converts the computer-designed graphics software into a file that can be run by the photoplotter. the light source of the photoplotter is directly exposed on the film to form a shape that is completely consistent with the design requirements. it is characterized by high precision and speed.


currently, the film version, dry plate and metal plate (chrome plate, iron plate) are used in the production of liquid crystal display. these three editions have their own strengths, but from the perspective of development, the metal version of the application is more and more. the film version is a photosensitive substrate formed by coating a film of a photosensitive film (emulsion) on a film substrate. a reticle used in a photolithography process is produced by photocopying or lithography.
